Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers issued or accepted by The Edge Photography are subject to the following:
• Valid only for new sessions and cannot be applied to past orders.
• Non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
• Cannot be used for wedding or commercial photography.
• Only one voucher or promotional offer may be applied per booking.
• Must be redeemed before the stated expiry date.
• Lost or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.
• All redemptions depend on studio availability.
Voucher terms may be updated at any time at The Edge Photography’s discretion.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
If you cancel or fail to attend your scheduled appointment, any deposit, session fee, or voucher applied to that booking will be forfeited in full.
Digital Images
The Edge Photography specialises in premium printed artwork and does not sell individual digital images.
Digital files are provided only with the purchase of printed artwork and will match the metric size of the products ordered. These files may be used for personal archiving and online sharing.
Storage of Digital Files
Once supplied, digital files become the client’s responsibility.
The Edge Photography is not liable for loss, damage, or corruption of digital files stored on personal devices, drives, or online services.
